CLEVELAND, Ohio – Another kind of record store experience will appear at the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame on September 23, when the Paved Paradise label show ends.

The traveling market includes several independent record companies joining forces – Ghostly International and Numero Group, as well as the three Secretly Group labels: Dead Oceans, Jagjaguwar and Secretly Canadian.

The labels will showcase out-of-print versions, exclusive collaborations and more to its traveling marketplace, which is loaded onto a 24-foot truck for a brief visit, according to a press release. At the Cleveland stop on September 23, visitors can expect two tents of vinyl records, 45s, CDs, cassettes, and specialty editions like vinyl variations, vintage items and more.

DJs will provide a few tracks during the event, and there might even be a few surprise appearances from Secretly artists (the label currently represents artists like Faye Webster, Cherry Glazerr, Whitney and other indie favorites). Secretly Group staff will also be on site, according to a press release.

“It’s invigorating to come back to producing in-person events,” said Amanda Colbenson, director of special projects for Ghostly International, in a press release. “It is the purpose of this tour to work with so many inspiring and impactful companies and organizations and we are grateful to them for opening their doors and car parks to our ambitious experience.”
